FLIP Africa advises that every partner should read and understand the terms & conditions carefully before signing up. FLIP Africa cannot be held liable for any "unintentional" sign-up. No partner can join the network except through an existing partner Whatever Laptop that is available on each medal as at the time a partner flips out is what a partner is entitled to. (Always check online to see the available laptop when you flip out). Every Laptop dispatched out from our office cannot be returned. All FLIP laptops are brand new. A partner can upgrade his/her medal as soon as he/she gets a FLIP out alert. The upgrade email request must be sent within 24hours after the alert is sent. FLIP Africa also has the right to reject a partners’ request for a medal upgrade. FLIP Africa has the right to ask a partner to upgrade his/her medal to the next one if the chosen laptop/medal isn’t available. Every Partner who tries to perpetuate any form of fraud would be expelled from FLIP without any form of compensation. Delivery & dispatch is compulsory for all partners that have flipped out; no partner is allowed to come and pick up laptops in our office. It is impossible for a partner to move from a higher medal to a lower one for any reason whatsoever except if FLIP so advises. No Partner can get a refund for any reason whatsoever. Every money paid into FLIP goes into the purchase of laptops. A non-partner cannot sign up anyone into FLIP i.e. you must be a duly registered partner before you can market or even register anyone. Flip Africa cannot be held responsible for any money that is not paid into her account, all partners are advised not to pay cash to any individual or organisation. Your teller is your only evidence of payment, we do not need your teller(s).It is your personal property and it is for your safe keep. Flip Africa frowns at multiple registrations; it is a one laptop-per-partner scheme. Any multiple registration(s) is considered a fraud and also considered null and void! Any partner, business consultant and franchise owner caught in acts that does not align with the core values of FLIP would be disqualified. FLIP Africa hasn’t authorised anyone to ask people to pay for information. Every information about this project is free. All partners are advised to call the office hotline to report any of such fraud or similar offence. All Promoters of FLIP are allowed to create their own marketing materials depending on the strategy they find most suitable. FLIP is everyones’ business and the word of mouth marketing has being discovered to be the cheapest and the most effective way of selling FLIP. The owners of this project have the right to change the business model or discontinue the project without prior notice if it isn’t meeting the desired objectives. It’s important you also check your zone and coverage area to be sure FLIP covers your area as laptop will not be delivered to an uncovered area.
